These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PPets Pharmacy Counter Training Simulation ("the Service") operated by PharmProfessionals Education & Training Specialists Ltd ("PPets", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

PPets is an AI-powered training simulation designed to help pharmacy counter staff practise customer consultations. The Service includes interactive scenarios, a Learning Hub, quizzes, and progress tracking tools.

The Service is intended for educational and training purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional pharmacy training, supervision, or clinical judgement.

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

3. Free and Pro Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro tier with full access. The free tier includes access to a selection of scenarios and Learning Hub content. The Pro tier unlocks all scenarios, badges, certificates, advanced features, and future content updates.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

PPets Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription:

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the next billing date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us at ddicker@ppets.co.uk.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first subscription payment. If you request a refund within this period and have not substantially used the Service, we will provide a full refund.

6. Organisation Accounts

If your employer or organisation purchases access on your behalf, additional terms may apply as agreed between PPets and the organisation. Your organisation's administrator may have access to your progress data and reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including scenarios, quiz questions, Learning Hub materials, illustrations, code, design, and branding — is owned by PharmProfessionals Education & Training Specialists Ltd and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission. Certificates and progress reports generated by the Service are licensed for your personal or professional use only.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties that:

The scenarios and educational content are based on common UK pharmacy practice but are simplified for training purposes. Always follow your employer's SOPs and current clinical guidelines in real practice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
